laboheme532 Content (38/40)- I certainly can't say you don't write well, because you do. Exquisitely. I found a lot of your entries interesting, but I also found a handful that were rather boring. My personal favorites were the ones where you started out ho-hum and got into a big rant about something. This entry I found very amusing, because hey! Who wouldn't? After reading through a month or so of your entries I discovered you mostly write these never-ending rants about whatever peeves you at the moment. I didn't get to know that much about your personal life, your daily routine, or what you ate for lunch, but I'm pretty sure you going on about censorship or your state is more interesting anyway. I think your diary is a nice break from the usual day-log style most have turned into and I like hearing other people's opinions on things. Layout (5/10)- Self-designed, I see. Well, aside from the bulging borders and drop-down menus it looks very beautiful. I am a lover of roses, so anything dealing with them steals my heart, but why are they surrounded by a border of blue? The colors don't go together and the "VIVA LA VIE BOHEME. freedom, dreams, truth, beauty, hope, & love" at the top left corner [ marquee text when page first opens] looks very unprofessional. I love the roses over the barely visible music notes background, but the blue borders, the quote at the top, the drop down menus, all need to be disposed of immediately. I wish it looked cleaner, because it would be very beautiful, but since it isn't it looks like every other blurry, self-designed layout. I personally think the archives page layout would look better as the main entry page layout. Also, don't use marquee text on your layout, you're probabaly trying to show off your html skills, but it comes off looking very unpolished. Grammar and Spelling (14/15)- Fantastic. Updating (5/5)- I'm not grading this. Free points! Get 'em while you can. Contacts (5/10)- Notes. Guestbook. Email. Getting Around (8/10)- I hate drop-down menus, but everything else is fairly simple. Extra Things (5/5)- Rings. 101 Things. Quotes. Quizzes. Cozy!!. Men/Cars. Playlist A-L. Playlist M-Z. Reviews. Various links to other sites. Fun Factor (3/5)- Your rants are fun to read. That's about all. Extra Credit (0/5)- No, sorry. Total (80/100)- Comments- Fix the layout up a bit or get a pre-designed one from a design site. It's not that I don't like this one, I do.
